High throughput and accessible solution for thermal and pressure risks

RSC-400 AS is based on two pressure resistant cells, a furnace and pressure sensors.

The furnace can scan temperatures at a controlled heating rate, or keep the temperature constant (isotherms).

The cells allow for samples from milligrams up to a few grams or millilitres.

Applications

RSC-400 AS is a fast tool for obtaining temperature stability and pressure release data for chemicals or energetics. It can be applied to industrial process risks. It is also used to detect potential problems during storage or transport of materials such as gun propellants, rocket motor fuels or explosives.
